RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

eLiquidAssets, Inc. offers a 30 day warranty on our items against defect. All items must be returned in that time frame to be eligible for a refund. There will be no exceptions, even if Ebay would indicate differently. If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us directly so that we can correct the situation. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable for Non Defective Returns. Non defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non defective items returned with open packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee. And non defective items without the original manufacturers packaging are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please do not ship back any items until you have contacted us and obtained return instructions.

AUTOMOTIVE PARTS: Please note that automotive parts must be carefully selected. eBay part finder may indicate that the item will fit you application, however, all buyers need to pay attention to the fitment notes below that statement as it further clarifies fitment and in a lot of cases may not be the actual part for your application. If you are not sure about fitment please contact us for further information. If you miss the fitment notes, we will process the item as a non defective return. All returns for automotive parts will require the following information: Make, Year, Specific Model, Engine, Transmission and VIN Number.

BEDDING AND CLOTHING: Due to inconsistencies of color monitors and stock photos, we do not guarantee that the color as shown matches the actual shade of color. We will handle all returns for color shade as non defective returns, there is no exception to this rule.

POWER TOOL PARTS: Please note, all power tool parts are sold by part number only and are only guaranteed this way. Please do not order based on a picture or description. Also, please note the model number that may be listed in the description is for reference only and is not to be used to make a determination of fitment as well.
