Isio Shape and Edge

The Bosch Isio Shape and Edge is a compact and lightweight lawn edging and shrub shaping shear powered by an integral 3.6-volt Lithium-ion battery. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and its Anti-Blocking System ensures it won’t stall. The Isio Shape and Edge comes with two easy-to-change blade sets that which enable you both to shape shrubs and edge your lawn.

Comfortable and lightweight

The Isio Shape and Edge has a comfortable soft grip handle, and being lightweight at only 550 g, it’s comfortable to use for long periods. It’s also smaller than other conventional shaping or edging shears, allowing for easy angling and enabling a precise and accurate cut.

Versatile

The “Multi-Click System” makes it very easy to switch between applications. Changing them is designed to be simpler thanks to this Bosch innovation. The Isio has a range of attachments such as the grass shear, the shrub shear and the sprayer (sold separately).

Powerful Lithium-ion battery with Anti-Blocking system

The Isio is powered by a 3.6-volt Lithium-ion battery and when fully charged can run up to 50 minutes. The Bosch Anti-Blocking System (ABS) prevents stalling and aids continuous cutting: if thick grass can’t be cut through immediately, the innovative micro-electronics detect this and instantly adjust the running direction of the blades. They use a reciprocating motion to continue cutting powerfully through where other tools would stall.

Easy to charge

The Isio is easy to charge: it comes with a simple mobile phone-style charger and the tool displays a green light when charging. It’s four-stage LED battery status indicator clearly shows you how much battery life is left, so you know when you need to charge: when the indicator shows completely green, the Isio is fully charged; when the green light starts flashing, the battery has 20% capacity left; and when the indicator turns red, the Isio requires charging.

The Bosch Isio is powered by a 3.6-volt Lithium-ion battery, which means:

No self-discharge: Lithium-ion batteries retain their charge whilst stored (in cool, dry conditions), so the Isio is ready to use--even if it hasn’t been used in a while. A compact and lightweight mower: The Isio’s Lithium-ion battery is 50% lighter than conventional batteries--but with all the power. No memory effect: Lithium-ion batteries retain their full charge capacity and can be re-charged up to 4 times more than standard batteries. The Isio’s performance varies depending on the conditions of your lawn edges, which will have an overall effect on the battery running time.

Accessories

A telescopic handle is available to purchase separately for the Isio, which will make edging your lawn even more comfortable and convenient, as you can work standing up. It can also be used with the shrub shear blade to reach tall bushes and hedges.

A sprayer attachment is also available to purchase separately for the Isio, which can be used with pesticides and plant food. It has a nozzle which allows you to switch spray modes and is part of the “Multi-Click System”.
