COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS:

Items going common carrier are generally shipped the next business day after PAYMENT is made. We generally ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Largeitems that require an LTL shipment generally go out the next businessday after PAYMENT is received. Some exceptions may apply.

Largeritems that must be shipped via flat bed truck will ship as soon as thetruck can be SECURED, usually no more than 3-5 business days.

Itis very important that the seller provide us with accurate shippinginfo on freight shipments, we must know if we will be shipping to abusiness, the business name, address, contact info, and if receiver hasa way to unload the pallet/item or if we need to arrange for a liftgate.

Warranty Information:

UnlessSold “As-Is,” all of our products come with a 14 Business DayWarranty, beginning the day item is received. Returns are only acceptedon items received in different condition than stated in the ad. Ifyour item is received in a different condition than stated (DOA, notworking properly etc…) please call us immediately. We are more thanhappy to rectify any problems by replacing the item or issuing arefund.

3. When we receive the product we will confirm item is defective, has not been disassembled and our seal is intact.

4. You receive your refund/replacement.

There are multiple seals on each of our items, if any seal is broken, tampered with or removed the warranty is void.
